Our History

Founded in 1987.

Woodward Commercial Realty was founded in 1987 by Robert (Bob) Woodward with a simple focus: put the client first and deliver results that last. What began as a brokerage has grown into a full-service real estate and development firm serving the Tri-State region. Over time, Woodward expanded beyond traditional brokerage to include build-to-suit development, in-house construction, and business brokerage, allowing clients to solve complex real estate needs through a single partner. In 1999, Evan Beck joined the firm and helped lead its evolution into an integrated platform that aligns real estate, development, and long-term planning. Today, Woodward continues to build on that foundation, supporting business growth through practical execution, strong relationships, and a deep understanding of the market.
