John Logan is a commercial real estate professional based in Henderson, Kentucky, and an Associate Broker with Woodward Commercial Realty. He holds a degree in Finance & Real Estate from the University of Mississippi. John works with business owners, investors, and developers across brokerage, investment sales, and advisory work. 

Alongside his brokerage work, John operates JALV Investments LLC, where he focuses on value-add residential and small commercial projects with an emphasis on thoughtful redevelopment and long-term value. He is also involved in the commercial construction arm of his family’s firm, Logan & Logan Construction, which gives him hands-on exposure to construction, capital improvements, and the day-to-day realities of operating commercial properties, including work performed for the local school system. 

John brings a balanced perspective to his work at Woodward, combining financial analysis, market knowledge, and practical construction experience. He values relationships, takes a long-term approach, and enjoys working alongside clients as they navigate growth, redevelopment, and investment decisions.
